You’re the person between the client and the content. You’ll own a portfolio of ecommerce brands, develop their social media strategies and make sure every piece of content that goes out the door is on brand, on time and on purpose. You’re not thinking about content - you’re building comprehensive, omnichannel strategies that drive REAL growth for real brands.

You’ll lead a small creative team, direct what gets made each month, manage client relationships and keep everything moving. No two days look the same and no two brands look the same (So if you like being an expert in a bunch of random different niches, you'll love this kind of work).

WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO

  • Own and manage a portfolio of your pods ecommerce clients end to end
  • Develop tailored social media strategies for each client based on their marketing and business goals, customer journey and brand direction
  • Create detailed internal and external Content Briefs each month and creative direction for every single piece of content
  • Schedule and publish all content across client platforms
  • Handle all client communications - you’re their go to person
  • Onboard new clients and set up their brand guidelines, content pillars and strategy
  • Plan and coordinate quarterly content shoots and project based shoots
  • Monitor client performance metrics, track KPIs and adjust strategy based on what the data tells you
  • Manage your pod’s workload, priorities and deadline tracking across all clients

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Proven experience in social media strategy or management (agency experience preferred but not essential)
  • A deep understanding of Meta, TikTok and Pinterest (You can explain what you're doing and why without skipping a beat)
  • The ability to translate a client brief into a social media strategy that actually makes an impact
  • Strong copywriting skills and professionalism. You’ll be writing briefs, captions and client communications daily
  • Experience managing or directing creatives (editors, designers). You don’t need to make the content. You need to know exactly what good looks like and how to get your team there
  • Confidence with content scheduling tools and Google Drive workflows
  • High level communication. We take pride in our client relationships and keep our roster small to maintain the highest quality of work possible
  • Someone who uses initiative and doesn’t need to be micromanaged. If you see something that needs doing, you do it. If you’re unsure, you speak up and get clarity
  • A genuine passion for social media and content marketing. Not just following trends, but the strategy behind how social media can literally change our clients lives and transform their businesses

Social Media Strategist

Your main job is creating graphic based social media content for our clients - carousels, stories, static posts, branded assets. You'll be working from client briefs and brand guidelines, so your ability to translate a brand identity into cohesive, scroll stopping content is everything.

You'll need to switch between completely different visual aesthetics from one client to the next and make each one look like it was made by someone who's lived inside that brand for years.

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Canva expertise. Non-negotiable.
  • A strong eye for design and solid understanding of basic design principles
  • The ability to work independently, take a brief and run with it
  • Speed. We move fast and content doesn't wait
  • A portfolio or prior experience (Let your designs do the talking!)
  • Confidence switching between different brand aesthetics without losing quality
  • High level communication and professionalism. We take pride in our client relationships and keep our roster small to maintain the highest quality of work possible.
  • Someone who uses initiative and doesn't need to be micromanaged. If you see something that needs doing, you do it. If you're unsure, you speak up and get clarity.
  • A genuine passion for design and pride in your work (If you aren't proud of it, it doesn't go to the client).
